In order for the courier to deliver the parcel, the presence of a person authorized to receive the order is required at the indicated delivery address. The courier delivers shipments from 8.00 to 18.00. In the absence of the addressee (or authorized person), the parcel can be picked up in person by contacting the courier beforehand. If the shipment does not reach the addressee at the address indicated, it will be necessary to visit the nearest UPS branch or the pickup parcel delivery point.
